Dahi ni Kadhi
Dahi ni Kadhi is a traditional Indian dish, especially popular in Gujarat and Maharashtra, made from yogurt (dahi) and gram flour (besan), cooked into a smooth, spiced curry. The yogurt is whisked with gram flour and tempered with mustard seeds, cumin, curry leaves, green chilies, and sometimes ginger and garlic to enhance the flavor. The kadhi is then simmered until it thickens slightly and develops a tangy, mildly spiced taste. Often served hot with steamed rice or rotlo (flatbread), Dahi ni Kadhi is comforting, nutritious, and light on the stomach, making it a staple in traditional Indian meals.
